The Process
Wondering how it works? Here are the steps you’ll take.
- Book your virtual appointment and fill out our intake form.
- Initial virtual weight loss visit
- Approximately 30 minutes in length
- A thorough health history is taken
- The provider and patient will discuss goals and create a personalized plan
- Any necessary and needed lab work will be ordered and reviewed
- Medication is ordered (at an additional cost) and shipped to you.
- You will have a Monthly Check In with provider.
- Once you have met goals, we offer a maintenance plan.
